The Ministry of Finance & Development Planning deemed 3rd party deductions made through the payroll system to be an administrative burden because of over committed salaries and numerous requests for deduction codes.

The board and management has been involved in making a difference in different social circles particularly the education sector. As part of supporting the
government initiative of adopt a school program, BOTUSAFE adopted Makolo Primary school in Serowe village.
We committed to provide the school with the following:
- Photocopier and its accessories
- Procurement of sports kits for netball and football teams
- First Aid kits
- In 2022, Recently procured SHE bins for high grades for 6 toilets
- We continue to promote academic excellence by providing fund prizes for
high achievers
BOTUSAFE has build a house for orphans in Molepolole after partnering with other stakeholders, other donations have gone to Lobatse Diocence and sponsoring an orphan in Hukuntsi.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the government of BOTSWANA opened a donation fund to assist the local citizen with the impact and challenges faced by different people.
BOTUSAFE donated P100,000.00 pula as a sign of committed to its social obligation.
